Τhe user is required to inform THE BOX APP IKE if he/she finds an incident of unauthorized use of his/her account and password or any other security breach. The above also applies to the use, by a third party, of the password granted to a THE BOX APP IKE-affiliated company. Therefore the company bears the sole responsibility of the use of its account.
-THE BOX APP IKE reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice of the application user (total or divisive): a) part or all these terms of use b) part or all of the content of the application and c) part of the whole of the interface, of the structure or the configuration and of the technical specifications. THE BOX APP IKE undertakes to take all the necessary measures to prevent any theft of the personal data submitted by the users of the application for their registration, such data are being filed with the registration and kept on a computer, located in a point guard of THE BOX APP IKE. Provided THE BOX APP IKE proves that it has paid the reasonable degree of care of the above personal data it has no further liability for the loss them.
